Over the last 23 years, Simon has spent his career in the entertainment industry and has developed a unique expertise specialised in the Live Entertainment industry, travelling around the world, immersed in the artistic creation process, show production and operations. This unique experience allowed him to meet exceptional personalities and strenghten his communciation skills, competencies in leadership and project management. Simon is an entrepreneur, used to operational set-up and management of companies at the international level. He occupied several functions as COO, CEO, Business Officer, Senior Advisor and Executive Producer. Over the last 23 years, he had the opportunity to be part of the greatest artistic live shows created by Dragone.
Simon has developped a strong network in the artistic and executive production community, in the entertainment industry and in the resort & hospitality business. He contributed significantly in the making of famous artistic live shows performed around the world.

Isabelle is a specialist in global organisational deployment, operational enhancement, human resources and communication strategy and guides individuals willing to generate change in their personal and/or professional life. She has developed a large experience in international companies and is used to deal with strategic and operational executive management with experience in merger and acquisition, litigation and governance. Over the past 5 years, Isabelle has oriented her expertise in management consulting, in re-structuring and change management. She is passionate about coaching inspired by the neurosciences and is in continuous training. She occupied several functions as Risk Manager, Transition Officer, Governance Advisor, Corporate Interim Manager, HR&Communication Director collaborating with local and large corporations abroad.
